Brownies but without the sugar and high carb count? Sounds dreamy doesn’t it? Well you’re in for a treat because these Keto Brownies are fudgy right out the oven, gluten-free, dairy-free & sugar-free!
I feel like I’ve been on a keto kick lately!
Even though I generally follow a lower-carb diet, I feel like I have rediscovered my love for testing new recipes! I was really craving chocolate the other night and I had recently purchased Lakanto’s white sugar alternative. If you haven’t heard of Lakanto, I HIGHLY recommend you give it a try!
Lakanto has a bunch of sugar-free sweeteners that you can use to start baking healthier! For this recipe, I used the classic monk fruit sweetener. If you are getting into keto baking, this is a MUST in your pantry! Trust me, you will need it. Not to mention you can’t even tell that it’s not real sugar! Honestly, I CANNOT rave about it enough.
So now that you know Lakanto sugar is a MUST for these keto brownies, let’s take a look at what else you need to make these!
Keto Brownies ingredients

- almond flour
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- monk fruit sweetener (Lakanto of course)

I will say, these brownies were AMAZING right out of the oven, however, you need to be careful with storage. Make sure you cover them in a container overnight, but not before they cool down.
