Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture works best)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or mini pepperoni slices (optional but recommended for extra pizza flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Make Cheese Mounds:
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella into small piles on the baking sheet, leaving some space between each pile (they will spread out). Flatten them slightly.
